My name is Katy Arias and I am 19 years old. I took a culinary class at the Birdville Center of Technology and Advanced Learning for two years under a chef named Chef Gentry and went to Sinsational Cakes right after. I have now been working there for about a year and everyday have learned incredible skills/techniques from all the people that surround me. I aspire to earn my Culinology and Food Science degree from TWU and hope to keep learning every day for the rest of my life!

My name is Crystal Aguirre, 22 years old; graduated Le Cordon Bleu-Dallas in 2012. I have been baking and making pastries from home since I could remember. Being from a small town, I never really worked in a professional kitchen until I started working at AT&T stadium in June,2012. I took some time off after I was diagnosed with stage 4 systematic lupus. I recently came back to work in February, 2016 at Sinsational Cakes. It’s been a great experience working under Anyatta, she’s a talented pastry chef.

My name is Viviana Chujoy and I was born in Peru, South America. I speak Spanish, English and understand some Cantonese Chinese. My origin is from Chinese descendant.
My love for baking and cooking started at an early age. 34 years ago in Quito, Ecuador I opened my pastry shop and restaurant in international cuisine.
One of my dreams was to go to Le Cordon Blue, in which I graduated in 2009.

She’s also the pastry assistant at AT&T Stadium the home of the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, TX. Anyatta Nicole Ward is the co-owner of Sinsational Cakes along with her talented sister. Sinsational Cakes bakery shop is located in North Richland Hill, Texas, just minutes from Fort Worth and Dallas.

Sonjii Y. Jones, is Co -Owner of Sinsational Cakes Bakery. She is a Alum of Trimble Technical High School and attended TCC. She has 15 years of Customer Relations experience before opening SCB in 2011.
Her customer relations skills has played a key role in marketing and advertising for the family owned business. Sinsational Cakes, has recently celebrated their 5th year in business. Sonjii is married with adult children and 1 grandson.
Along with her Sister Nicole, the Sinsational Cakes team took their love for baking on a new level when they appeared on the Food Network and became Season 9 “Miss America” Challenge 2013 Cupcake Wars Champions, and Season 2 “PartyAnimals” Challenge 2016!
